"Cheap becomes expensive"

Have you ever heard the expression: "cheap becomes expensive?" That's exactly what's going to happen with the type of energy we use in Brazil. We would rather invest in something cheap, that after a while, can, and most likely will cause damage to nature. That will get to us somehow. The proof of that are the hydroelectrics and thermoelectrics, which are the cheapest way to produce energy, however, they cause the biggest impact on nature, and those are the ones which prevale in Brazil. The wind energy, for example, has a relatively high initial price, but the maintenance cost almost doesn't exist, and if placed in the correct spot,
*has no impact on nature. Migratory birds shoud not be a problem, as the location of the factory is carefully planned, so it will only be built somewhere far from the bird’s routes.
Usually, the factories are not built near cities, so the noise doesn’t cause trouble. It would be nice if everyone could think like that. What is cheap today, will be expensive tomorrow.
